The history of Worm.
“Worm”come from a science novels called “Shockwave Rider’. But the first purpose it was introduced is distributed computing instead of malicious damage. It is posted on the Internet within a few days then 6000 Internet servers were infected. Now worm became the most annoying threat to computer user.

Key feature of Worm:

Worm is a malicious application as well as common virus, it will hidden in common files. Worm will spread with great speed, then damage your system. Also it not equal to virus, it sometimes reside in your RAM, then make some Internet service can not be accessed. Worn do not need duplicate by attaching itself to an existing program, it can duplicate itself by combinating with hackers technical. Another different to virus: Worm will spread over the Internet and do harm to network, but common virus just damage your computer. It is more dangerous than virus!

Recently, my computer was infected with Win32/Conficker.B worm. It made my computer very slow. It sent lot of dates to others and background transfer Service. Causing Windows Error Reporting Services can not be used. Also it disable some security programs. I was not able to install AVG and some Anti-malwares. Worm Conficker: A kind of worm which maliciously prevent you accessing security web sites. It can infect other computer with great speed. This worm variant are more stubborn than before. It is reported that Win32/Conficker.B worm have destroy thousands of computer in the past three years.

What can we do?

We should more careful when we are working online.Do not go to some porn websites,your computer may tend to infectedif you download those porn video. Also do not open unknown files, program, e-mail. If you are unfortunately infected with this worm, just download update patch from Micsoft.com. Those update patches can only prevent your computer from crashing. SO you need run a Malicious Software Removal tool. You can download an anti-malware, it will scan your registry and remove it. Recently i found two effecient malware cleaners. My friend is a computer technical personnel which have work at virus for ten years, he recommend RegTOOL and ErrorFix to me.
